Clean Room Division

Lossatech S.p.A. Clean Room Division is a modern operative structure of industrial plant engineering specialized in technological plants for contamination controlled environments.

It is a part of the Lossa Group, present in the plant engineering field since 1870. The Division, although having full managerial autonomy, shares the operative structure and, when necessary, it takes advantage of the technical, commercial and financial synergies that this organization can offer.

Many years of sucessfully activity in industrial fields such as pharmaceutical, alimentary, eletronic, hospital and of biotechnologies , constitute a solid experience and know how basis at the disposal of our consolidated customers and they allow us to face the new “clean” and controlled environments needings also in new industrial sectors which need to raise their production process quality standards.

The Company can offer consulting and engineering services at a feasibility survey stage in close cooperation with technicians and consultants of the clients and also it draws up tenders on specialized consultants specifications by means of extremely modern planning systems (CAD) and, besides the Clean Room Technology, of integrated systems techniques, such as: heating, ventilating, air conditioning, hydraulics, electronics and computer science.

The plant is normally realized “turn key” (contamination control system, walls, false-ceilings, equipments etc.). Provided service consists of: mechanical, electrical, control, design - equipment supply - erection by means of specialized manpower - works supervision - commissioning, testing and validation according to the U.S. Fed.Std. 209 regulations.

Furthermore an after sales service, consiting of check up, routine maintenance, emergency assistance and original spare parts supply, has been set up.
