ROTARY PNEUMATIC
FILTER FRP

		New rotating filter is installed in technological plants to provide exhaust air filtration from production machines and working departments. It consist of several standard module, with shafting system out of dusty air flow. The riddled cylinder is covered with appropriate medium consisting of filter cloth of different degrees of fineness and capable of regeneration.
		The accumulating dust and fibre film are automatically removed, continuously or intermittently, by a series of suction nozzles (2 for each moduls) that are translated by a pneumatic system. In this way it's possible achieving continuous and constant working of the rotary filter, free of maintenance, because the carriage hasn't mechanical parts. Depending on the type of plant, sucked dust can be conveyed into a central dust collector by a suitable fan or to centrifugal dust separator installed over the compacting chamber and the base press installation.
		Centrifugal dust separator assembled with black painted sheet-steel for exhaust air release, with inlet and outlet air coupling, set up over the compacting chamber in black sheet-steel too, complete of ratiomotor (1.5 kw), endless screw, inspection porthole and compression cone.
